hello, I’m a 53 year old fit healthy vibrant woman who loved her red wine way too much. When did this relationship become unhealthy? Not really sure, all I know is November 28, 2013 was my last drinking day! Looked in the he mirror on 11/29 and finally s aid ENOUGH!
